I would not recommend this apartment complex as long as Stephanie Best remains the property manager. During my time living here, my rent payments were repeatedly posted late by management, which led to me being wrongfully placed in eviction status. On one occasion, I paid my rent on time and had the staff member on duty sign and date my receipt. Do not recommend. Roaches, mold, extremely rude office staff, there’s been a few shootings, police are constantly being called and more. Zero.
These ppl are disgusting. I have been getting HARASSED and physically threatened by a person who lives on this property (whether on the lease or not). Police have been involved several times. These ppl do NOTHING at all. The person is extremely, disgustingly violent. Management has seen every piece of evidence. Yet they still take me for a joke. This place is so nice very nice gift out food at the club house and any stuff and does events.
Very distasteful. In every way. From the office to the ppl they move in. Believe every negative word you see someone leave. It’s all true. don’t be deceived 🙏🏾💙
