We’ve recently had the pleasure of inquiring about a place here for my relative. The gentleman in the office Godwin, as well as the manager Stephanie, both delivered excellent service, communicated in a timely manner on multiple occasions, during this time. The leasing office at this property Is competent and has their stuff together.
Very quiet and smart neighborhood
Management takes over a month to fix anything. Leasing office is never available after you get off work. Limited visitor parking but they’ll still tow your car. Cars getting broken into. A active shooting last month. Rent continues to increase with no change or improvement to the amenities(what little they have). I Wish they were as eager to fix these issues here as they are to come collect the rent.
