Id give zero stars if I could still leave a review. Poor management. Broken elevators leaving disabled residents stranded on the first floor for hours and hours. Or residents stuck in said broken elevators for who knows how long before someone hears them yelling for help. Residents with disabilities such as wheel chairs and walkers struggle to get into the front entrance. this building is riddled with bed bugs.. they deal with 1 person that has them by sending a letter for treatment but don't tell the rest, knowing people have family coming in and out of the building.. very unprofessional allowing the tenants to get infested with no type of warning... the whole building needs to be vacated and treated before the tenants can come back... this wouldn't have even been known if the management hadn't mishandled the letter by sending it to the wrong apartment

I applied for an apartment with this complex. When I originally applied I was told the office manager was just recently hired and was in training. When I was told what documents they needed fir verification. Each time I took anything to the office manager. I was told I cannot use this. I was only being told this is what I need. It is my time and gas to bring what I'm told they need. I'm only making a suggestion that as an applicant would make the entire process much smoother and much less frustrating.
