My family and I have lived here 5 years. We have had the experienced of two management's. The first was a night mare. The manger was rude ,hateful and didn't fix things even with a work order. Fast forward to 2022. The manger now COLLEEN is awesome. She is polite and really wants you to feel welcome. The apartments are nice and roomy. Very peaceful neighborhood. We love fur babies too. The schools are awesome too. Oh, The gym also is fun.. Most of all the are affordable and definitely worth your time to schedule a visit .
Maintenance requests have always been done in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Township is such a cozy little spot to live and I'm really happy to renew and continue keeping this as my home. Colleen is such a sweet and caring property manager who always strives to make Township better each and everyday. If you get the chance to move here please do not pass it up!
