I recently moved into this apartment and I ran into a few things that needed to be fixed, Rigoberto was always so quick to respond and got right on top of what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to make sure things were working, he’s very nice and extremely helpful!
Maintenance got back to me quickly about my washing machine, and Jose and Rigoberto were awesome. Super friendly, really professional, and they spent hours getting it fixed. I really appreciate their hard work.
Rigoberto at township RWC has been really helpful with fixing anything we need fixed here at township. and always smiling when we see him walking around the building.
I’ve lived here for 4 years now. This is a pretty decent place to live - close to Redwood City downtown, nice communal space, reasonable rent, and the apartments themselves are quite nice. One thing I really appreciate is that the maintenance folks are incredibly on top of things - there’s a very easy-to-use app where you can put in maintenance requests and the guys respond and address the concerns in a very timely manner.
