UPDATE: Hector Arevalo is awesome! He’s responsive to maintenance requests. He’s very accommodating and is pretty outgoing! He adds value to Township team! The application and move in process was easy and without any administrative issues. Forms and communication were completely online so there was no need to skip out on work to sign documents. Hong was great in answering questions or concerns about the process. I am very happy to be part of this living community!
We had a great move-in experience at Township - Angie and the maintenance team have been very responsive and helpful. The complex is clean and well-maintained and the location is great with easy access to the rest of the peninsula, downtown Redwood City/Caltrain, and the Bair island wildlife refuge and trail.
Maintenance staff here are wonderful! I always get great communication about my requests and they come within a timely manner. Other places I’ve lived haven’t been as diligent, so I really appreciate it.
Hector was a huge help with my maintenance issues. He helped me with my window and my broken fridge, and he was great at communicating throughout the process. He made me feel heard, responded quickly, and got my new fridge delivered fast. I really appreciate his positive attitude, professionalism, and hard work.
