We waited for 45 minutes for the office lady (who was sitting in the office, but on lunch.. she ignored us), to open the doors for our appointment time, (that she said she didn't have down..we made one), only to have other people walk in, with no appointment and be taken in front of us. Really poor attitude and professionalism. I can't say we will be renting here simply because they don't seem interested in doing things properly.
