May 2025 surgery Consultation , vision exam along with prescription needed to update glasses. After talking with Dr Townshend I was confident in Scheduling a date for surgery on upper eye lids, with lots of skin on one side to be removed. She was highly recommended from a very picky woman, who said it was my eyes and worth the cost having done by another who has a-lot of experience on the eye area. Despite potential loss of sight from shingles, they refused to see my wife any sooner than a month out. That sort of lack of care should be criminal. I guess this doctor took the hypocritic oath instead.
My husband had been a patient of Dr. Townshend for years and always thought the world of he. Unfortunately after a routine cataract procedure he developed a massive infection and lost sight in one eye. We have endured more than 2 years of treatment including a cornea transplant. He still cannot see through the eye. After an initial call from Dr. Townshend we have not heard from her. So disappointed
