Absolutely the worst experience, terrible customer service and follow through. I went into the WSS shop and asked if they could replace unloaded front struts for my Vehicle. He explained that he did not have a spring compressor, but said the Townsend shop did. I replied great, he called Joe and explained the situation and then I talked to Joe and confirmed the time and date, which was the Thursday before Labor Day.
