Needed our travel tire repaired in the middle of a cross country road trip. They got our tire fixed in about 15 mins, were very friendly, and the price was super reasonable!
If you dont buy your tires here, they will tell you that the tires you bought are the problem. We have tried to give these guys second and third and fourth chances but they are unable to fix the problem and end up blaming their lack of employees, their new employees, being too busy, or the quality of the tires. Or the tires are bad tires cause they arent the tires they carry. The manager will not let customers speak without talking over you to over explain that you are wrong before you even get a word in. I called late afternoon to get my tires balanced. They were able to get me in same day. I have been working with another tire shop in town and have not been happy with the service. Townsend Tire was great....very professional and fast. They balance my tires correctly the first time. Thank you Townsend Tires, Three Forks.
They swapped my tires just fine, but they also swapped out one of my after market valve stems and didn't mention it. They also replaced most of my metal valve stem caps with generic plastic ones. To replace these 3 will cost me about $85.
