When I was at, what felt like my lowest, on the side of the highway... on a Saturday..out of town, they rescued me from what could have been a darn dreadful experience. He was the ONLY person who answered and helped me . I owe all my thanks and gratitude to Townsend tire and associates. Thank you!!!
Absolute waste of time. Had to wait two days just to be told they can't do it, AFTER I specifically asked them if they could. We had a whole conversation about the specifics of the job and was assured they could do it. But no, I got lied too. Wonderful

Absolutely outstanding service! I had the misfortune of getting two flat tires on a Sunday and wasn't sure what to do. I dropped the vehicle off at the tire shop, and to my surprise, not only did they take care of everything quickly—they even brought my car back and dropped it off at my doorstep in Helena. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole process. You don't often find service this thoughtful and convenient these days. Highly recommend!
