A GOD send! We got a flat on our way back to Alaska but Keith (works at Townsend location) came to our rescue. Extremely appreciative he took time out of his night to help us. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend to my family and friends in Montana or passing through. Thank you!!
When I was at, what felt like my lowest, on the side of the highway... on a Saturday..out of town, they rescued me from what could have been a darn dreadful experience. He was the ONLY person who answered and helped me . I owe all my thanks and gratitude to Townsend tire and associates. Thank you!!!
Absolute waste of time. Had to wait two days just to be told they can't do it, AFTER I specifically asked them if they could. We had a whole conversation about the specifics of the job and was assured they could do it. But no, I got lied too. Wonderful
