We've recently returned to this office, and I have zero regrets about doing so even though its a further drive now. I've always felt like they were accessible, fitting us in and responding to calls. Dr. Townsend is pleasant to be around and cares about your kids. She listens and accepts what you're telling her. She's knowledgeable and experienced. She even texted a few days after the appointment with further resources for us. Plus they have the most fun murals on the exam room walls!

Dr. Townsend is capable and kind. She is always so patient and caring with our three children, and when we were new parents and came with a long list of questions. We were especially appreciative of how up-to-date she kept in the latest research during Covid. Her competence is very reassuring.

We love dr Townsend. She is so patient and knows how to talk to my kids. My son has adhd and is full of questions. She listens and speaks to him on his level.
