Courteous staff that accommodates virtually every need! The staff really does care for you. They are not just doing "their job." The rooms are clean and kept up as well as the common areas. Amazing place. They decided to take me back a second time with open arms after leaving for only 16 hours and coming back. Staff and team treated me respectfully and worked with my stubborness. They would take us out durring the weekend to the zoo, park, etc. They are willing to work with you if you let them do their job and they still go the extra mile if youre one of those tough cookies to crack. Townsend Recovery is an excellent choice if you need or want recovery. It is obvious from interactions with the staff that they do care. The medical and clinical staff are knowledgeable and open while you work on yourself. The facility is comfortable, the food very good and plentiful. The staff definitely bends over backwards to help in your recovery.
Very clean, great staff, they are very caring of your needs. They also take you on outings which is awesome and they food is pretty good! Best rehab I've been too.
I completed the residential inpatient treatment in August 2020 and looking back on my experience, I could not have made a better choice for my recovery. The staff was knowledgeable and supportive, and often went out of their way to help me when I needed something.
