Total professionals! Came out right away, pulled my pump, upgraded my pipe connections going back in! These guys are the real deal! 50 years in business and it shows!
Townsend has always been a fast and efficient well service. Called after hours and call was answered. Was out in the morning to confirm the pump had failed and had pump replaced by early evening. Highly recommend for your well servicing!
Our well pump sensor failed and was causing our well pump to run 24/7. Amos came out almost immediately after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes, all the parts on his truck. Amos was an absolute joy, y’all have won my business over 100% All my commercial properties are on well water also, and I will be calling Townsend Pump for those also. We needed a new well pump. Daryll, Kendra, and Amos came out and took care of everything in an expert manner. We decided to go ahead and replace my pressure tank as well. Glad I did as everything got straightened out and looks so much better now. We love the water pressure from the new constant pressure well pump system. Makes filling the pool a lot faster.
