Aug 28/25. Single leaver shower handle cartridge broke in my 1 bathroom condo . (Very inconvenient just before a long weekend- that’s how life goes)Called in at 9:00 am, and they showed up around 1:30, fixed the problem in minutes and I was so relieved. Great communication and scheduling, pleasant and qualified tradesperson and reasonable pricing. Definite high recommendation!
Misdiagnosed a leak and caused a headache with our condo corp. I bet the company is decent, but unlucky with the plumber I got sent. I wouldn't recommend them as I don't want anyone to deal with the headache they caused us.
Lucus was very efficient and knowledgeable. I now have a plumber I can rely on. I highly recommend his skill set.
If I could give 15 stars, I would! Dean just fixed three major plumbing issues in my condo (clogged sink, problems with my trap seal valve and washing machine). He fixed everything professionally and efficiently. I'd have him come back any day! I'd also like to thank Bill for discussing what I needed, booking the appointment, and reassuring me that I would be well taken care of. This is the best experience I've ever had with a plumber and plumbing company, thank you!
