Darren and the team have been caring and professional. Giving us clear instructions for managing a new twin block. When we experienced challenges and needed alterations, they were helpful and more than happy to fit us in and resolve the issue on the same day.
My experience with Dr. Townsend Orthodontics in Nuriootpa (Feb 2026) was just perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful and so was Dr. Townsend himself. The service level for me as a patient was just incredible and I’m very happy with my decision for consulting him. I had a wire retainer put in place and a plastic retainer / night guard fitted.
My daughter is indebted to the treatment of deep bites. The doctor and staff of this clinic listened kindly to our problems that we were not fluent in English. We were able to clarify the treatment method and cost, and we were able to make a decision with confidence. Thank you very much.
