I had a very positive experience at Townsend Marine: 10/10!!! Chris McFadden and his team do an excellent job all the way from showing the boat with no pressure, to adding additional options, all the way through the delivery process. I was super impressed! When I took delivery of the boat, the sales team gave me an in-depth education for how to use and care for the boat. That was much appreciated as well. I will be a Townsend Marine family member for the rest of my life! Thank you, Townsend Marine!
From a wife point of view....we bought a new boat in February of last year. Awesome to deal with excellent customer service. Had an issue just recently. My husband called and spoke with service department to order parts. 30 min later a technician called and spoke with my husband. Walked my husband through some quick testing and turns out didn't need the parts we ordered. Fabulous. Above and beyond customer service. Love when we save money. Lol
Bought new boat in February last year. Excellent working with them. Had issue with boat recently. Called and ordered the part i thought i needed. 30 min later tech calls me and asks about issue. Tell me couple quicke tests to try. Turns out i was wrong in what i thought i needed. The fact that they called me to investigate instead of just sending parts i ordered coupled with the fact that the tech stayed on the line and walked me through some quick tests impressed the hell out of me. 1980s Mercury motor... They had what I needed! And at the 1980s price to boot! Not just a wire harness, but the cables too!
