I used Townsend Healthcare for about a year and was very disappointed with the service. Communication was poor, visits were inconsistent, and when problems came up, the company did not handle them professionally or keep me properly informed. It took the scheduling department two weeks to get back with me, which is unacceptable when you are depending on home care and trying to get answers. On top of that, they sent out two very young girls who did not seem properly prepared or trained for the job, which raised serious concern... read more
