I had a very good experience, the staff were very respectful and courteous.
We moved here a few months ago been so frustrated bcuz the plane noises make it so hard to able to sleep at night

Sales people were outstanding. Pulte and Centex were very nice and helpful overall had a great experience moving into this neighborhood with the exception of the HOA. Currently managed by Goodwin Co the HOA is terrible. They are non responsive do not answer their phones with the exception of their customer service line which has hung up on me 3 times after requesting to speak with someone hire. They send out violations for the most petty offenses such as have a 1” high black border around your flower beds to prevent weeds an... read more
