RecommendedMy husband and I love Dr. Townsend. We started seeing Dr. Townsend when he was with Dr. Baringer and followed him when he went into practice for himself.
Dr Townsend makes a great family Doctor been with Dr T and Pa’s Sara and Karen for 7 years I feel right at home with them and the staff !!!
Love Dr. Townsend. However his office manager is a piece of work. He once said if there are issues with his staff to let him know. Unfortunately, you can't get a message to him. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment. If my insurance didn't pay ( and the insurance woman at the insurance company assured me they would), I said I would pay. I am not a new patient. So onto a new primary care doc. One who gets his messages from his staff.
Went to Doctor love the Doctor but I owe a little money and instead of working something out they refuse to even see me with Insurance. What's sad they have lost a lifelong patient along with whoever I can tell.
