We have had a horrible experience using Townsend Building Supply. We have attempted to order our stair banister from them, unsuccessfully for over two months. At first they did not return our phone calls. After they finally met with our builder, they ordered the wrong supplies. After I corrected the order myself, the supplies did not make it on the truck to Townsend. When the supplies finally arrived, again the order was not correct.
