Poor communication, get bounced around when calling, very reactive and have to constantly chase this company up for trades to be actioned.
We recently had renovation and repair work carried out as part of an insurance claim, and Townsend did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality workmanship. A special mention to the supervisor, Justin Carney, who went out of his way to ensure everything was done correctly and to a high standard. His attention to detail and proactive communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We're very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend their services.
