Excellent service and very convenient. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get same-day service along my work route. I initially had an issue with my GM Rewards points, but the managers went above and beyond by working after hours to complete my vehicle’s detail. 5 stars for their effort and customer service
Unlike other car brands, there is no need to wait months for a simple oil change appointment; I can find an available slot whenever I want. I cannot quite fathom why I have to wait two hours even though I arrive exactly at my scheduled time, but apparently, this is routine.
