Although there was a snafu with the online scheduling, the service rep still managed to get my trailblazer into a technician with little to no wait. She went the extra mile to see that I was taken care of.
I wasn’t happy when I brought my car in for service and get my shifter fixed! They forgot to put the oil cap on ! So I had oil all over my car! They were supposed to wash my car! Nope just the area where the oil was! :(
