These people do not understand English. I had to call the company to explain to them. They do not understand English when you are sitting there trying to tell somebody that you can’t do that and they don’t listen and they continue causing a traffic problem because they don’t understand English, I don’t care if people understand English really for most part but if you have a job where you need to understand English, That is a different story. My wife and I would like to share our appreciation to Chris and his crew. What a great job they did and how they worked in unison together. They definitely deserve a good bonus this year. It was evident they love their job. Clean up was outstanding and no issues at all . Sad to see a beautiful tree gone, but had to do what was needed.

I used Townsend Arborcare just 3 weeks ago. Chris is extremely knowledgeable with amazing communication skills. He listened to what we wanted done. He then explained what would be healthiest for the trees and made so that we and the trees are in great shape! The crew of men that came out were true professionals! they introduced themselves and got to work. The trees were pruned perfectly and everything was spotless when they left! They are coming out in Nov/Dec to prune my 40 year old Oak Tree that I would not trust to anyone... read more

They were fast cleanup was excellent and a fair price. Had them take down an ancient buy very sickly blue spruce tree.
