This place is highway robbery! They were not honest and up front regarding their service fee. I asked twice about what they would charge and got no answer. Because it was thirty degrees outside and we had been running our emergency heat we felt we had no other choice. They charged a $90 service fee to tell us the wires on the booster pack were backwards. We are local and live only ten miles from them. Very upsetting to say the least.
