Steve is a crooked, unprofessional, dope using manager who gives unfair treatment, abuses power and is very lazy.
I have lived in Townes edge Terrace for 5 months now. it's okay my neighbors tend to complain a lot . I used to own a house but it got to be to much work. The part is not the greatest. it seems like everyone has junk/Trash in their yard. The manager is suppose to live in site but he does not. I got nagged at by my next door neighbor because two friends were sitting talking on my back steps. I have thought about moving and just reporting this park to the city Not to mention people park on the street however the feel like.
