Had a great experience! After a less than great experience with another jewelry store in Orillia, I was desperate to find a reliable place to fix what had been broken on my wedding ring. They were extremely professional and kind, and fixed my ring promptly. It looked brand new! I will only be going to them in the future.
Town's has been our go to for over 20 years. This visit was to replace the battery in my watch. Done in a few minutes while we waited. My wife has an unusual necklace that lost it's clasp. We thought it was not salvageable, but they were able to fix it.
