Update: they reached back out and we cleared up the miscommunication. They updated the bill and made it right based off what I had asked to receive. Review being updated based off service given. Gotta say, communication isn’t great. Got charged for a deck belt that I already had for my mower (told them not to bother to replace since I already had it) and was not notified when it was completed and had to call them myself and find out. Gotta say, communication isn’t great. Got charged for a deck belt that I already had for my mower (told them not to bother to replace since I already had it) and was not notified when it was completed and had to call them myself and find out. Overall, just a poor experience. If you can afford to wait a month for your mower and want to get charged for more than what you asked for, this is the place for you.
