Wonderful leasing team who have been nothing but helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Exceptionally quick maintenance resolutions, neighborhood is kept clean and well maintained, fun community events each month. Home was in perfect condition upon move-in.
Lived here from May 2023 to August 2024. Decided not to renew because they were going to significantly raise our rent among various other reasons. First, they always came up with some excuse to overcharge me for rent. Whether it be their billing management system was having issues, or their electric utility bill came in late. Cuando aplicas dicen que hay disponibilidad y después que pagas y llenas la información te dicen que te van a dejar en una lista de espera y te piden información adicional pero no son claros la cantidad al no subir todo correctamente según ellos te dejan en una lista de espera! No me interesa vivir aquí esto le pasó a un amigo que aplicó con ellos
