Paul and Lulu are literally the best! Paul is not only incredibly kind, but he’s knowledgeable in just about everything. He answers every single question I throw at him without making me feel like I’m being a bother, I always feel so heard whenever I go in there. I genuinely trust his judgment and recommendations so much, sometimes I’ll go straight to Paul before my doctor lol. I haven’t gotten the chance to speak with Lulu as much, but she is just as kind and knowledgable. I don’t go anywhere else.
The Townline Pharmacy Travel Clinic service is excellent. They provide the DINs upfront on their website allowing a person to check with their private insurer beforehand, obtaining reassurance even before the visit. In my circumstance, their location and operating hours were advantageous. Everyone there was courteous, organized and focused. Paul and Lulu are both exceptional pharmacists. I always feel well informed and cared for in my visits and pickups of prescriptions. While navigating new medications during my pregnancy, my discussions with Paul always left me feeling less anxious and safe. Lulu was also so attentive in vaccine administration I needed and helped problem solve in ensuring I received the dose at the correct time. I could cry with relief. This pharmacy is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My medications are always ready when I need them. The pharmacists themselves are beyond incredible; they actually listen and truly care about their clients. I cannot say enough good things after switching to Townline pharmacy. I decided to look for a new pharmacy when my previous one became completely incompetent. After reading several reviews on some new one's, myself and my wife decided to switch to Townline Pharmacy.
