I highly recommend Townline Garage in the village of Honeoye Falls. I had my car inspection completed here in February. Scheduling a day which was convenient for me was easy. Upon arriving I was greeted by the nicest man named Brian. I was very impressed with the waiting room. It was very clean & welcoming. My inspection was done promptly. In cashing out I had the nicest conversation with Brian who explained he once owned the garage. Now his Son does & he works part time. Terrible experiences here. They have been rude to my mother who tried calling to see when her car was going to he done. “Cant work on the car if your on the phone” should probably hire someone to work the front desk. Had to get a simple inspection and the shop had busted holes in my subframe that had been rusted. Wish I had proof but the shop that inspected the car a couple months prior to me buying the car said the holes were not there and no mechanic should put holes in your car. Pretty shady spot Would not recommend.
While out driving around, I heard a thumping in my tires. I pulled into Townline Garage and checked them myself but didn't see anything. A block or so down the road, I heard it again. So I pulled back in and asked if they could check my tires for me. He did and he found a piece of metal in my tire. He said he would try to plug it but wasn't sure it would work.
