They are friendly and helpful and always willing to answer all my questions as a new pool owner learning how to care for a pool. They are not pushy to sell their maintenance service but are very helpful to the do-it-yourselfer.
Townley Pools was a referral from my Home Warranty Company. Best referral I ever received. Dan Nelson was professional and courteous to deal with on the phone. Their technician, Blake, came to my home. Very courteous and personable young man. No beating around the bush, explained the problem and why. I appreciate honesty. I would highly recommend this company.
We had a great experience buying our hot tub from Townley. They were very friendly and informative, and they have very high quality hot tubs. I would definitely recommend buying a spa from them.
Two years ago, we purchased a Spa from Townley and subsequently bought our supplies there. Several months ago, I thought I had a leak but didn't mention it until last week. The Townley technicians contacted me and within two days, had my spa repaired at no cost! Their lead technician, Thomas was outstanding as he was professional, knowledgeable and a true credit to Townley's business. Do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional and do not provide good service. I had brought in an item to be repaired-and they treated me in an non cordial manner but also asked for me never to do business with them again. I am a professional in the state of Arkansas and would never act in a way that they treated me. If you have an option, go to another company that will treat you right.
We had a pool at our old house and Townley helped us out tremendously with it. Now we have moved and have a hot tub. We purchased the tub from them. They delivered it, set it up, and showed us how to take care of it. Then we decided to convert it to the salt water system and like that even better. The water has a smoother, cleaner feel to it and there is little maintenance required. This is a great store with very knowledgeable personnel!
