Townhouses of White Oak has been very good since moving in 2 months ago. The office staff is very friendly and helps out when needed. Maintenance is very fast and efficient when in an emergency. When I had a water problem, they called back after calling the emergency line within 5 minutes and showed up within 30 minutes. The community here is very nice and there are no problems ever. The neighbors are nice and are very friendly. It is a very good place to live.

Best experience renting this far, and I have been renting for 15 years in various places. I'm excited about all the renovations and management and maintenance are both top notch. We love it here and plan to be here until we eventually buy a house. They also do events at the pool, and holiday events which is very generous.
