I have lived here for almost 2 years, and I am very thankful. The townhomes are newly renovated before moving in, and they are affordable. I've only had to call maintenance twice & both times they came right away and fixed my issues. Our property manager Terry always greets me with a smile & is helpful when needing assistance with something. Decent but has lots of cons, terrible maintenance; service requests take months to get responded to, pool rules very strict; terrible hours especially for adults that work, terrible pest control team very lazy and products used for house interior doesn’t work constant bug problems. Management is very sweet and the housing itself is nice, quiet neighborhood as well.
