I wish there was a way to be able to add comments to the reviews. I am home shopping and saw a few listings in this community. However, seeing all these reviews about HOA mismanagement and excessive fees. This is a hard pass for me. The crazy part is I would not mind paying a higher HOA if the value is there including effective management, premium cable included. Is there even a gym there? Do better 😒. Thanks owners for giving your honest feedback so I dont waste my time. You have helped me dodge this headache.
Parking is ridiculous. If you work at night there is no guest parking when you come home. The tow company they use Sky towing are pirates just looking for someone to tow. I can not wait to move from here. The outside of the homes are mostly unkept. There is no grass in the common areas just weeds and dirt. The rules set are for a well kept community and this place is not that. Honestly it's an eyesore in the city of Plantation.
I am writing on behalf of myself and many other residents who are beyond frustrated with the ongoing issues in this community. On Saturday, January 24th at approximately 6:30 PM, a tow truck driver nearly towed my vehicle even though I LIVE here and my car is properly registered. The driver stated he was instructed to tow vehicles parked in front of the units and was not informed which vehicles belonged to residents.
