I am writing on behalf of myself and many other residents who are beyond frustrated with the ongoing issues in this community. This condominium is very thief. They have been raising assessment for the last 9 years and it keep going up and nothing is getting done. We are paying over &1500 a month on assessment and condos fee. How is this right? How is this legal? this is not fair. The city of plantation is not helping it don’t matter what we do or how we go about it.
