UNETHICAL BUILDING MANAGEMENT. I applied for an apartment here on a Monday morning. At the time, I was informed that no other applications had been submitted. However, two days later, I was told that another application had supposedly arrived before mine and that they'd get back to me. No one got back to me and I had to go to the building myself for an answer. Rented from Townhouse Management Company for about five years. Had a great building Super and barely any issues at all. Management office was extremely helpful whenever I dealt with them. Highly recommend.
Most unorganized management. So messy. And they don't even know what they're doing. They lose half their documents. Ridiculous how unbelievably hard it is to work with them.
1 star is generous. They are slumlords and refuse to make repairs of any kind... emergency or not. They threaten and harass tenants also. They should be put out of business for their shady/illegal practices. Do yourself a favor and rent from ANYONE before them.
