Twice, we have tried to order carpeting from this company. Twice we have selected a color that showed as available. And twice, after two weeks, the "order update" comes back "cancelled" without any explanation. They are unreachable by phone and do not return calls, regardless of how many voicemails you leave. This company is not worth the aggravation. We will not make any third attempt at doing business with them.
