I love living here however there needs to be something done about those that do not follow noise ordinances. The people across the street from us constantly ride a loud motorcycle or mini bike into the late hours of the night with no regard to any other neighbors. Very very frustrating as people have kids and work and need to sleep.

My landlord is amazing He's always there for whatever I need done maintenance wise no questions no problems. He's always willing to work with me and my paydays on rent. As far as people go I have 2 awesome neighbors. Everyone else and their kids SUCK
