Ghetto but love the area
I've been living here for 2 years. Initially getting in was a difficult process with poor communication. Terrible through the last day with communication. Only ever been frustrated when speaking with property management both cornerstone and rize. Only good thing was the neighbors.
I've been living here for 2 years. Initially getting in was a difficult process with poor communication but property has since been bought by Rize Property Management and things have been great!! The 33rd area is loud but the complex is tucked away in the neighborhood. I've never really seen any sketchy things going on around the townhouses, and all the neighbors are nice people and area is quiet from my experience! We have loved living here. Hardwood. Stainless steel appliances, and cute updated feel. Easily felt like home.... read more
