I have lived here close to 3 years. At first this was a great place to live with friendly staff and well kept grounds. There has been a revolving door of property mangers and leasing agents. We currently have NO on-site maintenance. This is a large complex with close to 100 units (if not more) and we are waiting months for maintenance requests to be completed. Update: I submitted maintenance request that actually has been expired since they expire after 30 days. They sent me a email saying they’ve been completed which they have not. This place is a joke. If you move in here document EVERYTHING if not you’ll regret it Currently live here. This place could be really great if they actually had all the amenities open that they use to sell you on when you move in. Felony Flats With a View DON’T move in here!! It’s worth spending a few hundred more to live elsewhere. Don’t let the convenience of being near the hospital as you. It’s worth paying more elsewhere! Don’t get locked into a lease or you’ll be in a year of hell. They charge more for one bedroom than two. They don’t tell you water, sewer, and garbage will be added and for a single person it runs you $150 a month. There’s no reasoning behind how they break it up.
