Made an appointment for viewing 2 apartments at 2pm. Leasing office doors were locked with a sign saying they would return at 10am... Nobody seems to work here.

Many year resident. Unsafe - cars broken into and stolen from multiple times. Slum Lord style response to maintenance: leaking hole in bathroom for 6months (Zero accountability).., 2 years of laundry machines not working... worst of all, when there was a fire in 2024, I grabbed an extinguisher to try and help, and the extinguisher did not work. Ever since Avenue5 took over we legit have groupss of homeless living here who jump into the dumpsters after anyone tossed a trashbag in.
I have lived here close to 3 years. At first this was a great place to live with friendly staff and well kept grounds. There has been a revolving door of property mangers and leasing agents. We currently have NO on-site maintenance. This is a large complex with close to 100 units (if not more) and we are waiting months for maintenance requests to be completed.
