Made an appointment for viewing 2 apartments at 2pm. Leasing office doors were locked with a sign saying they would return at 10am... Nobody seems to work here.
I have lived here for two years have always paid rent on time and never been late come to find out I’ve been charged 10 times a late fee of $200 each because they keep the rent payment sitting on thier desk til the fit time to put it I. Your acc accumulating late fees and on top of that they have missed calculated payments for rent and I’ve got an eviction notice to vacate stating my rent wasn’t paid may2024 June 2024 march and April 2025 and supposedly February and march of 2026 this place will miss place your rent payments... read more
Many year resident. Unsafe - cars broken into and stolen from multiple times. Slum Lord style response to maintenance: leaking hole in bathroom for 6months (Zero accountability).., 2 years of laundry machines not working... worst of all, when there was a fire in 2024, I grabbed an extinguisher to try and help, and the extinguisher did not work. Ever since Avenue5 took over we legit have groupss of homeless living here who jump into the dumpsters after anyone tossed a trashbag in.
