I have paid my rent on time, in full, for two+ years. They didn't upload their leases properly and are backcharging lots of rent over a year span. I have tried to rectify and show the emails with agreements and the new lease pricing. Told me to be patient and they would talk to owners before making me pay. Very unfair & uninformative management! I was interested in one shown to me & was told they would turn around quickly for me. Management did not mention whatsoever that it was first come first serve on applications online!! Rented it before I could even get application submitted. I call that system greedy!! They come across nice but watch out!!!
Lovely community, fresh, clean, quiet, safe, friendly on-site management, quick service repairs. Also close to all shopping yet slightly removed from traffic, easy access from freeway. Total score.
Landlords don't care that their number's not advertised. So if your family has an emergency and their attendant they don't care whether you can be reached or not. I'd be very careful moving into this place. Manager was rude and uncaring
I just moved in I don’t have anything bad to say I read a lot of these reviews and I haven’t had a chance to expand of that and hope I don’t so far it’s quiet and everyone is to there self I have see a. Couple tweakers walk by but even they were to there self as far as the rats I haven’t seen any and I am scared of rats so just to be safe I will be putting down my own stuff.
