I love it. Peaceful. My only dislike is i live near the highway & it is loud. But other than that i love this place & hope to stay another year
This place is roach infested, idk what their concept of infested means but they claim it’s not an infestation when there were multiple roaches every single day and they will try to make you pay rent and live with roaches every day while they “try to fix it” and never succeed 🤮 plus their units are dirty and kitchen has holes and broken parts everywhere EDIT: They kept our $800 deposit for no reason even though we left the unit cleaner than it was given to us!
The only thing good about this place is the fact that the rent is affordable and that's why it's getting 2 and not 1 star. If you have kids or a nice car to start with don't live here, there's no security whatsoever. The front gate hasn't worked in over 6 months. Multiple people walk in and out of this place at night and probably don't live here. I had a good experience with this complex!!!! The manager was very accommodating to us new to the area made us feel at home we love it!!!!
