Beware of the HOA! Maintenance crew spends their time harassing residents instead of maintaining properties.
Call to inquire about an available unit. The person who answered the call was in too much of a hurry and had little patience to explain to me who or where I could ask for the information, since she told me that she couldn't do it and interrupted me while I was talking to her. She wished me a good day and hung up the call. Can someone answer me what is the function of the person who answers the calls then?
