When I fell behind on my rent, I went to corporate to ask if they did a one-month fee waiver and the book keeper literally laughed in my face. The ac sent out on one of the hottest weeks in Columbus, it took them a week to fix it even though it was considered an emergency, They do not return your phone calls in a timely maner, and after calling them several times one day, ironically the last time I called I got a dial tone. I'm ***** ***** I lived in townhomes apartments . They had 2 gas leaks in my apartment .The stove and furnace was red tagged. I light fixture fail and in hit me in the head giving me a concushion.Also roaches was real bad
