Moved here 2 months ago- no maintenance requests have been fulfilled. Cockroaches and humongous spiders, mysterious stench coming through the vents, lack of visitor parking and the landlord special paint job. Rooms are also missing lights, none of the bedrooms have a light but have light switches???
Absolutely terrible property managers who take no responsibility for anything and continuously screw over there tenants. I lived here for one year and the whole year was problems that could’ve been addressed by the managers but they are lazy and do not care about there tenants. Absolute disgrace of a company. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
Maintenance is horrible here my air condition unit quit working during the beginning of the summer and I was told they were waiting on a piece to be delivered in a week. They gave me a window unit for my bedroom. My family stayed in my room the whole summer waiting. Had an ant infestation in my kitchen cabinets and window all summer. Maintenance set in the parking lot working on the same car the whole year I was there. My son cut his foot badly by the pool on a piece of broken glass bottle in the grass. Honestly, you all are one of best property managers I have ever had. You’re very on top of everything, kind, generous, and organized without being overbearing and you all never come off rude. They always answer within their business hours, and they have an emergency line to call if they are out of office. The property and the amenities stay clean and the property itself is very nice. Beware the buyout scheme… We felt rushed to sign a lease on a Friday, only to learn immediately afterward that we couldn't bring all our pets, despite being told we could with ESA letters. After being ignored that entire weekend, we were given three weeks to find a replacement tenant or pay a buyout. Management felt “confident it would get leased”, yet offered little support and seemed more focused on their own interests.
