Good location & management. Family members just moved out at the end of their lease & they enjoyed living there very much
I can only speak for the flats but I lived in this building years ago before it was bought and remodeled and I’d like to say they’ve made massive improvements! It looks and is maintained way better than previous owners. My maintenance requests are normally resolved in under 24 hours on week days and the maintenance staff are very nice.
Moved here 2 months ago- no maintenance requests have been fulfilled. Cockroaches and humongous spiders, mysterious stench coming through the vents, lack of visitor parking and the landlord special paint job. Rooms are also missing lights, none of the bedrooms have a light but have light switches???
Absolutely terrible property managers who take no responsibility for anything and continuously screw over there tenants. I lived here for one year and the whole year was problems that could’ve been addressed by the managers but they are lazy and do not care about there tenants. Absolute disgrace of a company. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
Maintenance is horrible here my air condition unit quit working during the beginning of the summer and I was told they were waiting on a piece to be delivered in a week. They gave me a window unit for my bedroom. My family stayed in my room the whole summer waiting. Had an ant infestation in my kitchen cabinets and window all summer. Maintenance set in the parking lot working on the same car the whole year I was there. My son cut his foot badly by the pool on a piece of broken glass bottle in the grass.
