Unfortunately, my experience was similar to many others. After the management transition from Greywolf to Founders3, communication and responsiveness declined dramatically. I developed water stains across my ceiling and spent months trying to get the issue addressed. -1000/5 if I could. Living at The District was easily, without question, the worst renting experience I've ever had, especially considering I was paying nearly $3,000/month. The problems started on move-in day. After heavy rain, water poured into the home through both the front and rear exterior doors. I called the emergency maintenance line because my home was literally flooding, only to be told the next day that my call was "inappropriate" and to "use towels" until someone could get to it. I am a current resident of 2 years , trust me this place looks nice from the road but the management does not care to do their jobs. The turnover rate here is ridiculous! People are always leaving and so will I once my lease is up! This place is OVER PRICED AND UNDER MANAGED!

Don’t move here. From our storage unit getting broken into, the water leaking from our ceiling (2 different times), missing screens, our patio door never locked, and the hallways smell of dog urine. We had a 8 x2 channel in our ceiling for 2 months from the leaks . I personally had to call west bends building inspector after being told 2 weeks for it to be done Oh yeah and the fire place outside never worked in the year we lived here. This is a wonderful complex to live at! Management is very nice and responsive. My dog is loved by the staff and we enjoy our wonderful walks on the Riverwalk.
