This apartment building always has something wrong with it, mold, and terrible insulation. I have neighbors making noise daily. Including one that I think is playing drums at 3am. Far from luxury. Overpriced for below average. Also I cant not emphasize how terrible the management is. Sandy does so bad at keeping this place under control. Very unprofessional. What a wonderful feeling it is to call The District “home”. I don’t think of this place where I live an apartment in a multi-unit complex, no, when I close the door, I am home. The District is absolutely a wonderful place to live. It is clean and well maintained and any issues that may arise are addressed immediately.
