I lived here six years, so I want to give prospective renters an honest picture of what to expect. First, the good: the on-site staff and maintenance team are genuinely great — responsive, kind, and they do their best with what they're given. The units themselves are beautiful inside — the kitchens are a real highlight, and central air is a nice touch. Having access to the pool and workout room is a perk too. DISCLOSURE: The Regional Manager who oversees this property posted a fake 5-star review pretending to be a resident. After I reported it, two of the five reviews on this listing were deleted the same day. The overall score is not what it looks like. Six years here. Two prior 5-star reviews. 23,000+ views driven to this property. This is what finally changed my rating. THE GOOD: Eric (property manager), Austin and Jake (maintenance) are outstanding. My husband and I have been residents at both the Preserve at Commerce and now finally the Townhomes! They are truly beautiful, modern, and very clean. The managers Eric and Sara are truly so great to work with. They are highly understanding and have the biggest hearts. I would not change anything for the world, and I hope to stay for many years! These are great places to live, and huge for families!
DISCLOSURE: The Regional Manager who oversees this property had a personal 5-star review posted on this listing with text pretending to be a resident. After I reported the conflict of interest, two of the five reviews on this listing were deleted the same day, dropping the total from 5 to 3.
