Now run by Pinnacle as of September of 2019. Hopefully some of the deferred maintenance items and tenant parking issues will be better addressed. So far they seem to be much more proactive. They allow max 2 dogs with no weight limit for $40 each extra per month. 2-car garage, gas fireplace, large pantry, and a alarm system. The buildings are starting to show their age however.
