The insolation needs to be updated on the outside.. when u go into the kitchen it’s hot and if u open cupboards u can feel heat coming from it..makes the food go bad…so on top of expensive rent I have to toss food. Smh I put in two requests again for them to fix the water pump cause when I turn it on it flips my breaker. Still no response. I have kids home n we all have to stay in the living room to stay cool.. I had to pay out of pocket to get a ac window unit…
This place is a joke.. has roaches bedbugs n mice. The office never answers. maintenance can’t fix the problems. The downstairs shower is always clogged the do horrible repairs…can’t keep anything up to date…. They don’t deserve to even be running!!! The tenants get away with anything.
All the bad reviews are 1000% factual. You will pay $2,000 a month, while a lot of your neighbors won’t. I’m all for subsidized housing, but they will also be running businesses out of their (and your) parking spot. The place is trashed, people have parties in the parking lot all hours of the night. You will have shootings in right outside in the complex, you will have roaches show up the first week, and after fumigating they won’t go away because you live in attached homes and they are all infested. The manager and maintenance are excellent here they get things done fast and work fast. I like how nice the townhomes are.
