Shout out to Sam, Matt and Chad for the great work and amount of time they spent fixing our air conditioning system. They are Management and Maintenance are so professional here at Chapel Watch Village while at the same time friendly, kind and highly skilled. Toured the property and Raquiiba was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions regarding the property and went above and beyond during our tour.
The apartments appear to receive very superficial maintenance, which resulted in constant maintenance needs throughout our time living here. Even when approximately 15–20% of the units were vacant, the service team was clearly overwhelmed because almost everyone needed repairs. While the maintenance staff worked hard and did their best, we still had to wait days for many issues to be addressed. We are deeply disappointed. Our issue is not about money, it is about fairness. After living in this home and building many beautiful family memories, being treated this way over a charge for damage we did not cause was truly upsetting. We reported a pre-existing crack in the toilet verbally shortly after moving in. We were told at the time that residents’ verbal reports are trusted and that it would not be an issue. Raquiiba was very informative helpful and professional when showing my wife and I these beautiful homes. She was upbeat, joyful and expressed a positive attitude. During our tour she introduced us to the residents and remembered everyones names. Not only are the homes beautiful, the whole experience was 10 out of 10.
