I thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff at Chapel Watch Village during my move in process. The leasing agent welcomed me with a warm smile backed up with a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhood and surrounding area. I felt as if this location was made with all my needs in mind. I am thankful for the continued support from the awesome staff here at The Town Homes at Chapel Watch Village.
This place really feels like home. The neighborhood is walkable and I feel safe here! Raquiiba is a star, everyone waves and is welcoming! It’s awesome, so glad we chose the townhomes at chapel watch village.
Over my time of living at chapel watch we needed constant maintenance done. The first year we lived there the door to the patio leaked. I would come into the kitchen and find a huge puddle of water sitting on the floor. I started putting towels in front of the door, and on rainy days I would have to change them out. They finally change the door out, but it took months to resolve this issue. I can’t say it enough. The Management and Maintenance teams at Chapel Watch Village are amazing. It feels like family here at Chapel Watch and the diversity of the residents, the beauty of the lush trees and living spaces both inside and out is amazing. ❤️
Shout out to Sam, Matt and Chad for the great work and amount of time they spent fixing our air conditioning system. They are Management and Maintenance are so professional here at Chapel Watch Village while at the same time friendly, kind and highly skilled.
