A’China, the property manager was really a joy. She was so professional, patient and relatable. She answered every question and was able to have good honest conversation regarding my circumstance. I felt completely comfortable with her throughout the tour.

Raquiiba is dedIcated and enthusiastic about caring for residents and Sam is the most awesome and friendly and responsive maintenance guy there could possibly be. We have had relentless HVAC problems, however. We often seem to be waiting for some repair part on back order.
My husband and I are so excited to be moving into our Townhome this week. From our first visit to Chapel Watch Village we have been so impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and helpful attitudes of the office team. Thank you Brandy and Raquiba for all your help and support. The property is gorgeous and the environment is peaceful. We are so happy.
