Had a problem with existing washer and dryer performance in the townhouse we’ve resided in for just over a year. Discussed the issues with Jessie, The office manager and said she would look into it immediately. She dispatched Mike, the maintenance person within hours and he drew the conclusion that the machines were on their last legs. My experience here has been absolutely top notch. The ladies at the office are incredibly helpful and warm and the property as a whole is well taken care of. I had an important package that arrived at my door while I was away on travel and they were kind enough to retrieve it for me and place it safe inside my entry so it would be out of the weather. I want to preface that I am not writing this review out of ill will for staff or the property. My fiancé and I really wanted to stay until it was time to buy our first home, have our first child…we toured and found this neighborhood about a year before we signed a lease. We grew to love Bridlestone from the outside looking in. However, it would not sit right with me to not share our experiences throughout the past year.
