My family and I have been residents at the Townhomes at Bridlestone for almost 3 years now, and I can safely say without a doubt that we are just as happy living here today as we were when we excitedly joined the community back in 2022. Moved here a little over a year ago and overall I love it!! Gordon and Nya are the best. They both have been wonderfully attentive to my needs and take action to resolve any concerns swiftly and with genuine kindness. I’ve really only had basic routine maintenance requests which speaks volumes about how well the homes are maintained. My entire experience with Bridlestone - from touring through becoming a resident - has been a 5-star experience! Nya made the move-in process very easy and efficient. She communicated every step of the way and even helped us store large items that were shipped prior to move-in. Gordon is incredibly kind and thoughtful.
