Moved from CT to the Ballantyne region of NC and was so nervous to find a place virtually. We’ve recently moved in and were very impressed by customer service Nya and Gordon provided. They gave us full information regarding an entire complex and home was available. We could see our place right away. Some companies don’t show apartments before you pay full amount. House is super clean I can definitely say they did a great job after previous tenants. Wish i would be out my everlasting mind to pay this type of Rent for an apartment. The lowest is 2700 . Outright ridiculous. America is going to shambles. Its apparent.
This neighborhood is an illusion. There are better, larger, and cheaper options nearby not managed by northwood ravin. Avoid this major money pit with no privacy. Pros: Nice Bathroom Showers Large Balcony's Cons: Very nosey neighbors Very loud neighbors Very thin walls Major Pest problems throughout the entire community Poorly landscaped community Manager is not there often and tends to be bias Staff live on property which can create issues Small interiors Misleading pictures.
