Took my Citroen in since I bought it in January, and since owning it I’ve had more than a few problems with my car to say the least! Everyone is always happy to help and the job is done quickly but always done well. Totally recommend!
Needed a towbar fitting urgently, they did it after hours, a great service and very knowledgeable about tow bars, asking me questions about what type of lights my caravan had, did my car use adblue, excellent professional service, even gave a a great handover of my car after fitting the towbar, would certainly use them again.
Brilliant business to work for and we have great reputation with all our customers, apart from one bad review here who we tried to explain and you can clearly see in a video I tried to show him but he refused to watch in which the guys wife walks along walks to the car immediately to the spot and rubs a mark then less than 2 seconds later without any further investigation comes to complain, I then go to see the mark on bumper which was clearly poorly attempted to be covered with a touch up paint (not by our selfs) my opinion... read more
I took my car in for a tow bar fitting with no scratches. My wife then collected my car the next day and there were bad scratches on the rear bumper. When we brought up the issue with the owner of the garage and showed them proof that they were not there before, they blamed everyone else except themselves and even started accusing me of theft and saying they were going to get the police involved. In my opinion this is a very unprofessional business and you should avoid them like the plague!
Brilliant Garage, lovely staff, been using towngate for some 20 years now, even when I've 'had a go myself and failed' Sean's always got me away again. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly trusted garage
