Lived here for about 3 years. Nice quiet community. There is no physical leasing office so thats kind of annoying. Was not given the option to renew lease after 3 years which is fine considering we are moving anyway. Just seems odd since you'd think they would want to keep tenants who paid rent especially through covid.

When we initially moved-in, we absolutely loved living here! The townhouse itself was great, loved the layout, lots of space and updated amenities. After the first year, everything went downhill. Maintenance was hit or miss when it came to fixes. We had to have them come out multiple times for a single issue. The Parking Situation was never updated and the management company was horrendous. We had a neighbor who would play loud music and have his 3 large dogs run around his house from 10pm - 6am. Having shared a bedroom wall... read more
