Update (3/11/2025): Officially a tenant! I can’t express in words how much of a saint Mrs. Tracy is to this community. She is such a friendly, hard working PM. I’ve had a great relationship with PMs in the past but I can tell she’s genuine and not just trying to fill vacancies. She’s very thorough and efficient. So far, everything is going smoothly. My husband and I really enjoy living here. They recently changed property mangers and Tracey is wonderful. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and very welcoming. We love Dave! He’s such a great maintenance man and gets the work done quickly and correctly. The only thing I would suggest addressing is landscaping. I’ve noticed that the company does not always clean up with their blowers; I also found it odd that they would do yard work when it’s wet outside. I am no expert, but that was something I was wondering. Lease renewed

I applied for a unit at Townes at Pine Orchard on January 11, 2025 then followed up with Mrs. Tiffany (property manager) to ensure they received my application and requested information on how to submit my documents for screening.
