My husband and I really enjoy living here. They recently changed property mangers and Tracey is wonderful. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and very welcoming. We love Dave! He’s such a great maintenance man and gets the work done quickly and correctly. The only thing I would suggest addressing is landscaping. I’ve noticed that the company does not always clean up with their blowers; I also found it odd that they would do yard work when it’s wet outside. I am no expert, but that was something I was wondering. Lease renewed
I am not a tenant (yet). My review is from the perspective of an applicant. I started my housing search in November 2024 because my current lease is due for renewal in March 2025. I applied for a unit at Townes at Pine Orchard on January 11, 2025 then followed up with Mrs. Tiffany (property manager) to ensure they received my application and requested information on how to submit my documents for screening. Very rude customer service as I asked for information for leasing ,I wasn’t even able to finish my question and was rushed off the phone by Moana
We moved to Ellicott city almost a year ago. We love the community its really peaceful and the home is very spacious. Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the area and even without community amenities we love living here. We would love an option to grill on site. The schools are great and we can get to Centennial Park in minutes. I plan to renew my lease.
We moved to Townes at Pine Orchard for a couple of months while we were house hunting. The manager, Tiffany, was so easy to work with and helpful before/during our stay - nice, pleasant and safe community.
