I am not a current resident, but I was very interested in Townes at Pine Orchard and unfortunately my experience turned me away. I called twice in January and left two separate voicemails since no one was available, and I never received a return call. I then scheduled a tour a week in advance and received confirmations both the day I scheduled and again the week of the appointment, so I rearranged my day to make it work.
