I am not a current resident, but I was very interested in Townes at Pine Orchard and unfortunately my experience turned me away. I called twice in January and left two separate voicemails since no one was available, and I never received a return call. I then scheduled a tour a week in advance and received confirmations both the day I scheduled and again the week of the appointment, so I rearranged my day to make it work. Update (3/11/2025): Officially a tenant! I can’t express in words how much of a saint Mrs. Tracy is to this community. She is such a friendly, hard working PM. I’ve had a great relationship with PMs in the past but I can tell she’s genuine and not just trying to fill vacancies. She’s very thorough and efficient. So far, everything is going smoothly.
